Job Summary

The Therapist is responsible for clinical services provided to children, adolescents and/or adults, as assigned. The clinician is held accountable for all related clinical, administrative, and Quality and Compliance responsibilities.

Essential Responsibilities and Metrics

  • Provides Therapy, Counseling and Crisis Intervention to Clients and their Families (Provides high quality service and maintains direct service hours per month of 60% for advanced clinicians and 56% for others)
  • Creates IMCANS (IATP) Assessment, modifies and reviews as needed
  • Updates and records IATP in CIS as needed and ensures updates are completed prior to six months due date
  • Case management
  • Client centered consultation with community providers
  • Attendance and participation at clinical presentations
  • Use of supervision or consultation when required or needed
  • Provide clinical supervision to student intern
  • Provide timely completion of Level of Care Utilization System (LOCUS) (for adults)
  • Provide timely completion of Columbia and Ohio Scales (for children)
  • Compliance with all Policy and Procedures
  • Maintain productivity goals as determined by supervisor
  • Be responsive to the business office regarding client fees/payments
  • Participate in Accreditation and Certification processes as directed
  • Participate in Committee Work as directed
  • Participate in Strategic Planning as appropriate
  • Participate in Community Related Services as appropriate
  • Represent the agency with integrity

Qualifications

  • Clinically related graduate degree, LPC,LSW required
  • Three professional references that reflect ability to perform clinical work
  • 1 Year of post Master’s degree Mental Health experience required
